Shipping
All prints are made in the studio which is located in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. Prints are packaged to ensure their safety and typically ship via Canada Post within 5 business days of your order date, although they may ship as soon as the very next day. Shipping is included in the price of your print(s). You'll receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number when your order ships.
Average Shipping Times:
Canada: 3 Business Days
USA: 4-7 Business Days
UK and Europe: 7-10 Business Days
Rest of the World: Up to 21 Business Days
Please note, there may be delays beyond our control due to customs processing at your country’s border.

Holiday Season and COVID-19 Delays
During the holiday season and with COVID-19 delays, your order may take longer to arrive. Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to get the print(s) sent out in the most safe and efficient manner possible.
International Shipments
The Elaine Sakiris Studio is located in Canada, where all prints are made and shipped from. As a result, all shipments outside of Canada are considered international and need to be declared when they arrive in the country of delivery.
Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees. We do not have any control over these fees, as they are calculated by a given country's customs department; unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for them. You (the purchaser) are responsible for any import fees, duty fees, custom fees or taxes that you may be charged when your package reaches you.
Returned to Sender
As soon as we receive the original package, we'll contact you and have your order sent back out. If your package was unclaimed or the address you provided was incorrect, a re-shipment fee may apply.
Delivery Gone Missing
We understand that things go missing in the mail from time to time. We kindly ask the following: If your order seems to be lost in mail, please notify us by email studio@elainesakiris.com no later than three weeks for domestic orders, and five weeks for international orders, after having received your shipping notification. We will do our best to work with you and the shipping service to locate your package, and/or send you a replacement when it is established that the package has definitely gone missing. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist after this time frame has passed.
Damaged Product
If a product arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging material for insurance purposes. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt via email to studio@elainesakiris.com. Send us a description of the damage, and please include photos of the damaged areas.
